Wat Pha Luang Ta Bua in Kanchanaburi (Tiger Temple)

Wat Pha Luang Ta Bua, is a Buddhist temple located in Kanchanaburi province in Western Thailand which keeps various animals, most notablyTiger Temple Tours Thailand several Tigers that roam around ther grounds freely once a day and can be touched and photographed by visitors.

The Theravada temple is situated in the Saiyok district of Kanchanaburi near to Thailand's border with Myanmar. Wat Pha Luang Ta Bua was founded in 1994 as a forest temple and reserve for numerous wild animals. In 1995 it received the Golden Jubilee Buddha Image, built from over 80 kilograms of gold.The 'Tiger Temple' recieves hundreds of daily visitors and is one of Thailand's most popular visited destinations.
