Mr.Tan captured numerous predators with a 40kg Arapaima gigas topping his highly productive session. |

Groundbreaking Giant Freshwater Stingray capture |

Whilst fishing the Ban Pakong River with National Geographic explorer Dr.Zeb Hogan the FishSiam.com team caught a
large female which whilst being handled in the margins gave birth to a live newborn. The fish were released
together after scientific data and measurements were recorded. This is the first ever recorded example of a Giant
'ray giving birth in its natural enviroment and an encouraging sign for the species. |

The fish was examined by Dr.Zeb Hogan of MegaFishes project and National Geographic news writer Stefan Lovgren. |
