Bungsamran Lake fishing for Giant Siamese Carp in Thailand – 01 02 2006
Boy and Rick fished at the famous Bungsamran Lake in Bangkok. After a very productive day for catfish with twelve Mekong catfish the anglers prepared to finish the days fishing. With only one rod left remaining in the water, an extremely fast take signaled that something had picked up the H.B.S pop up and was charging towards the centre of the lake! After a dogged fifteen minute battle a large Giant Siamese carp was netted and hoisted onto the fishing platform. The fish was weighed at 32 kgs and photographed.
