Lure Fishing for predators at IT Monster – 21 10 2008
German angler and Chiang Mai resident Reiner visited IT Monster Lake in Ratchaburi for a short early morning session predator fishing.
Reiner adopted a roving approach and fished a variety of lures at various parts of the lake.
Reiner accounted for several Amazonian Redtail Catfish with weights to 30kg’s in addition to catching Asian Redtail Catfish,Alligator Gar and Arapaima to 30kg’s.
Reiners also lost several other predators whilst fishing the short four hour early morning session.
Reiner used his own lure fishing outfit and fished a variety of surface and subsurface lures to tempt his large predator haul.
Reiner was accompanied by Boy on his lure fishing trip who expertly assisted with all netting and photographic duties.
