Lure fishing in Thailand – 28 06 2010
An early start saw a group of six Singaporean anglers lure fishing at IT Lake Monsters in Ratchaburi Thailand.
The anglers chose to fish with lures for the first part of the day and began to cast into the centre of the lake towards showing fish.
After fishing for only an hour all of the anglers had landed a wide selection of predatory monster fish with Alligator Gar’s, Pacu and Asian Redtail Catfish.
Regularly changing the pattern of lure saw the anglers keeping in contact with the fish and landing a succession of hard fighting Redtail Catfish and Sharptooth Catfish.
In the second part of the day the anglers changed over to deadbaits and were soon back amongst the fish.
All of the anglers landed personal best weight fish with several of the anglers catching monster Redtail Catfish of over 30kg’s.
At the end of the days Thailand lure fishing session the anglers had amassed a massive 80+ haul of predatory monster fish with Alligator Gar, Pacu, Sharptooth Catfish, Asian Redtail Catfish and specimen Redtail Catfish to an estimated 35kg’s
